Lindsay Lohan still has work as a fashion consultant... for now.

Lindsay Lohan still has a job apparently! Despite an outburst by fashion Emanuel Ungaro who attacked his fashion house for hiring Lohan they will give her a second chance. Ungaro called Lohan’s first collection a disaster. The fashion label’s boss Mounir Moufarrige (that’s a mouthful) has decided to keep Lindsay on the payroll.

Mounir said: Yes, she’s staying on; she has a job to do,”. The fashion boss went on to say that Lindsay’s critics were overal harsh. Moufarrige went on: “I am sure we can do better in the collection, to be honest. . . . But it did sell well.”

While her father is out selling recorded private phone calls, Lindsay Lohan turns to her 15-yo sister, Ali, for support.

Michael Lohan allegedly approached different TV networks, asking for 100,000 dollars in exchange for secretly recorded phone conversations between Lindsay and her mother.

Lindsay, living mostly in hotels these days, would every time her sister visits ask the latter to sleep in the same room with her, even though she would get a separate one for her.

According to a friend of Lindsay, having her sister around gives great comfort to her, as well as moral support.

Seeing her singing career on a down low, Mean Girl Lindsay Lohan reckons that having a duet with current pop hitmaker, Lady Gaga would be just the thing to get her back on track.

More than eager to collaborate with Gaga, Lohan even branded the latter as “epic”.

On Twitter, Lindsay wrote, “I want to do a mini-movie music video with Lady GaGa in L.A., NYC, and all over Europe.
OBSESSED WITH YOUR NEW VIDEO! You’ve just become epic in my book.”

It seems that Lohan will not allow herself to be on the losing end in her family feud. Finally being fed up of her father revealing sensitive things of her past, the Mean Girl shows everyone what she’s got.

Apparently, Lindsay contacted her attorney in order to file a restraining order against her own father.

Aside from selling sensitive information regarding Lindsay’s previous drug use, Mr. Lohan also shows violent, and irresponsible behavior towards her mother. He also might have violated a criminal protective order outside of NY.

On the very same Friday night Lindsay was spotted partying with her rumored ex girlfriend, she was also seen crying in an alley outside Crow Bar, while talking on the cellphone.

Even as Lohan went back into the bar in her gorgeous blouse and sexy leggings, her eyes were not able to cover up her tears.

Apparently, her father, Michael Lohan has been threatening her mother of killing her if she leaves him. Lindsay, inspite of knowing this, has been begging her mother not to leave for fear of her father’s threats.

Lindsay Lohan was seen partying at Crown Bar last friday with Courtenay Semel. The actress, along with a group of people including Courtenay partied all night in great spirits. Courtenay was once rumored to be her girlfriend, even Lohan said that they’re just friends.

The two of them were obviously happy together, as Lohan was dancing almost all night, bumping grinding, and smoking inside the said bar. She even tried to invite Twilight star Kellan Lutz, who happened to be in the same bar, to sit with her. Probably not to her disappointment, he politely declined.

Lindsay Lohan Whitney Museum Event

Lindsay Lohan made another public appearance recently, visiting the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York on Monday for the 2009 Whitney Museum Gala. Lindsay looked a bit out of sorts, showing some wear and tear after a lot of recent travelling.

In other Lindsay Lohan news, Lindsay’s probation for her 2007 drunk driving conviction was extended by a year. The judge said that Lohan had failed to complete alchohol counseling required by the court, so the additional year of probation was required so she could complete that counseling.

Judge Marsha Revel told Lindsay: “This is the last time we are going to be talking about re-enrolling and doing what you need to do, I am rooting for you to successfully complete probation.”

Lindsay Lohan has had enough of crackpot father Michael Lohan abusing her in the media and contacting her. Lohan has applied for a restraining order to prevent Michael Lohan from contacting her!

A source close to Lindsay told People magazine: “Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer has already been contacted. She’s scared. This is really serious.”

Michael Lohan has recently been in the press talking about Lindsay’s alleged prescription drug problems and has mentioned plans to ‘kidnap’ Lindsay so he can take her to an undisclosed location where she can get sober.

Michael Lohan said recently: “I’m going to see the judge this week. If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged with kidnapping.”

I say good for Lindsay, Michael Lohan’s recent bashing of her in the media is not good parenting. Apparently Michael Lohan is 6 months behind in paying child support. Yeah, good parenting!?

Lindsay Lohan’s father has claimed that he knows her daughter buys prescription drugs from one of Hollywood’s biggest dealers.

Michael Lohan (Lindsay Lohan’s dearest daddy), is ramping up on his crazy claims about Lindsay and her lifestyle. Recently Lohan Sr accused Lohan of being ‘vacant inside’ as she was addicted to so many prescription drugs.

Now Michael Lohan says he fears Lindsay’s drug addiction is being fueled by a well known dealer whose clientele mainly consists of celebrities. Michael Lohan told RadarOnline.com: “This guy follows Lindsay all over the place. All over. Lindsay pays for him to go everywhere. He has no job. No job. He does nothing. All he does is supply everyone in L.A,”

Michael Lohan says he is trying to get Lindsay off drugs: “I’m going to get her off the prescription drugs that she’s on… When you hug her she’s like, vacant inside. When she kisses or holds me I get chills, and not in a good way – in a bad way. She’s a different person,”

Yeah well alienating your daughter by spouting this dribble to the press won’t put you in her good books. Michael Lohan, once again showing people how not to parent.

Looks like Lindsay is in back in court for prior offences! Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel has told Lindsay Lohan to be appear in Beverly HIlls court this coming Monday.

Lohan was placed on probation in 2007, for three years for numerous offences. The offences included two counts of influence under cocaine, two counts of drunken driving and one count of reckless driving. After being arrested, Lindsay spent 84 minutes in jail.

Court records show that no warrant has been issued, and they do not reflect a probation violation has occurred. Lindsay has apparently been a good girl, so we wait with interest to see what the judge wants!
